02 LAUNCH — Campaign Activation

Make your next big move count.

New products, venues, menus and promotions deserve more than a single social post. We bring strategy, creative and advertising together so your launch has a clear message and a real plan behind it.

How it works

Who it's for

For businesses with something new to introduce.

  1. Hospitality and food

Cafés, bakeries and restaurants opening a venue, introducing a new menu or running a seasonal promotion.

  2. Brands and products

Businesses bringing a new product, collection or merchandise release to market.

  3. Service businesses

Businesses introducing a new service or offer and wanting it to land with the right customers from day one.

The problem

Common launch challenges.

  1. 01

    No coherent plan

The product is ready, but there's no clear sequence of what happens when — or who's responsible.

  2. 02

    Inconsistent assets

Photos, videos and posts are made separately and don't feel like one campaign.

  3. 03

    An unclear audience

It isn't clear who the launch is really for, or where to reach them.

  4. 04

    Disconnected channels

Social, email, in-store and paid advertising all say slightly different things.

  5. 05

    No timeline

Without a schedule, the build-up is rushed and launch week loses momentum.

What we launch

Launches we can support.

Every launch is different. We agree the type, timeline and deliverables during discovery.

  1. 01

    A new venue or menu

Opening a new location, introducing a seasonal menu or relaunching a space.

  2. 02

    A product or collection

Bringing a new product, range or merchandise release to market.

  3. 03

    A new service or offer

Introducing a service, promotion or limited-time offer to new and existing customers.

  4. 04

    A creative or event campaign

Building attention around an event, a collaboration or a brand moment.

Our approach

One objective. One message. One plan.

Launches work best when the objective, the message and the execution are decided together.

  1. 01

    Define the objective

Bookings, sales, sign-ups or foot traffic — we agree what success looks like before anything is produced.

  2. 02

    Find the message

We work out who the launch is for and what will make them pay attention.

  3. 03

    Build the creative

A campaign idea and a consistent set of assets, from key imagery to short-form video.

  4. 04

    Activate the channels

Paid campaigns, content and supporting pages, coordinated around one timeline.

FAQ

Questions about launches.

How far ahead should we start planning?

The earlier the better. Lead time depends on the creative and channels involved, so get in touch as soon as you have a launch date in mind and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Do we need a new website or landing page?

Not always. If the launch needs a dedicated page to capture bookings, orders or sign-ups, we can build one as part of the campaign — or as a separate BUILD project.

Can you run email or SMS campaigns?

Where it's appropriate and compliant. Email needs a list your customers have agreed to join; SMS needs proper consent and a suitable sending platform. We'll check what you have in place before recommending either.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Your media budget is paid directly to the advertising platforms and agreed with you separately from our fees.

How is a launch priced?

Each launch is quoted on its deliverables, production requirements, campaign length and complexity. Tell us what you're planning and we'll prepare a proposal.

What happens after the launch?

You'll receive a summary of results and recommendations. If you want to keep the momentum going, we can continue with ongoing marketing through GROW — there's no obligation.

Other solutions

Need something different?

Most clients start with one solution. Some combine them as their business grows — it's always your choice.
